Personal Assistant or Secretary Commissioner 

Job Description :

  • Manage & Assist the President Director’s activity
  • Acting as a first point of contact : dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meeting and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accomodation
  • organising events and conferences


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Other or eqivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is requiredfor position.
  • Requred Skill(s) : Microsoft Office, outlook, presentation, english, administration, strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete task with minimal supervision, Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
  • Discreation and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
