Muhammad Reza Abdullah
President Director
As one of the best students at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, majoring in MICE, Reza gained confidence to start his own business in the MICE industry at a very young age. As the company has developed, he has grown as the leader of Royalindo. Reza is known throughout the MICE industry as an innovator and has gained popularity for his success in the National and International MICE Association Industry. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of AFECA (Asian Federation of Exhibition & Convention Associations), headquartered in Singapore, since 2010 and is one of the youngest people to hold this position. On a national scale, he is positioned to be Head of Convention in ASPERAPI (IECA/Indonesia Exhibition Company Association), recognized as the biggest Exhibition Association in Indonesia. He also holds the prestigious position of Promotion Director in INCCA (Indonesia Congress and Convention Association), acknowledged as the largest Convention Association in Indonesia. Reza is also an expert diplomat when it comes to working with Indonesia’s Government and corporate entities. His achievements in the industry gained him the privilege to be Honorary Consul of Ivory Coast.
Muhammad Razi Abdullah
Executive Vice President
Razi graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) with a Master’s degree in Architecture and Tourism Planning and then went to work in the financial field for a number of years. He then joined Royalindo as Executive Vice President focusing on revenue generation for the company. He works with the audit committee to prepare budgets, analyze financial reports, and ensures the company’s policies and procedures are in compliance. He also works to engage new business and helps to oversee the budgets of many events. Razi strives for efficiency and accuracy in his work and helps to negotiate and harmonizing issues that might arise for clients.
Amelia Darmadi
Executive Vice President
After graduating from University in Australia, Amelia started her career at another prestigious events management company in Indonesia before joining Royalindo. As Royalindo’s Executive Vice President, Amelia is the lead operations manager for the company, overseeing all aspects of the event process from start to finish. She is responsible for ensuring client objectives are met and all operations follow the Royalindo mission. Amelia works with the client to develop a strategic plan and makes sure all operations are done in a timely manner that meet the event goals and stay within budget. She has successfully managed numerous international events and bestowed prestigious awards like the MURI, Indonesia’s Guinness Book of World Records, APEC CEO Summit Recognition, and “Top Conference/Event” in Indonesia for 2016 with the management of the International Conference on Family Planning. Amelia prides herself on managing a team that lives up to international expectations and has the ability to handle events of all sizes without losing focus on the details.
Djuliana
Director of Finance
Djuliana for 12 years worked as finance manager, and since 2014 she joined Royalindo to lead finance department as the director. She learned finance from all her experience, with her skills and abilities she’s able to keep the business running smoothly. Djuliana make sure she reviews account receivable and account payable, accounting tax report, event budget, operational, then she makes summary to be reported to president director.
